  Cullen Archer

Dr. Sandra Archer, M.D.

Sandra Archer, MD has wanted to be a physician ever since she was a young girl. When she was eight years old, she fell seriously ill and spent a week at Primary Children’s Hospital.

“That experience just cemented my determination to become a doctor,” she says. “There was never anything else.”

A board-certified OB GYN, Dr. Archer opened All Seasons Obstetrics and Gynecology at Mountain West Medical Center in August 2009. She received her Medical Degree from the Medical College of Wisconsin in Milwaukee in 1997. She next completed a residency in obstetrics and gynecology in 2001 at the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio. From that year until 2004, she was an assistant professor at the same school, with practicing privileges at the university, and at Baptist Health Systems.

From June 2004 until moving to Tooele with her husband and family, Dr. Archer practiced at Women’s Health Consultants, with practicing privileges at Methodist Health System. Both locations are in San Antonio.

Preventative care is an important part of Dr. Archer’s practice. She believes strongly in healthy living. “I encourage my patients to eat better and to try to regularly exercise,” she says. “Everyone wants a magic pill to lose weight or feel better. I spend a lot of my spare time reading about healthy diets and different exercise options.”

Dr. Archer calls herself a typical Utahn who loves to ski and waterski. She also enjoys reading, exercise and doing various crafts.

Dr. Cullen Archer, M.D.

Dr. Archer’s core belief in providing healthcare to women is the same for treating anyone: nonjudgmental treatment given with dignity, autonomy and respect. For him it is a privilege to be entrusted with the care of a fellow human being. As an allopathic physician, he focuses more on the disease process and its prevention. There are many times, however, when education about diet, exercise, and addictions play an important part in the treatment and prevention of disease.

Dr. Archer became an OB GYN over other medical specialties because obstetrics and gynecology allows him to combine the best aspects of general medicine and surgery. His experience has furnished him with a solid foundation to treat women with the full spectrum of medical problems, in addition to those problems that are unique to obstetrics and gynecology.

Dr. Archer graduated from the University of Texas in 1995, and received his Medical Degree from the University of Texas Health Science Center in 1999. He completed two years of residency in Internal Medicine in 2001, and then completed a residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology in 2005. Both residencies were done at the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio.

After 2005, Dr. Archer spent two years as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Texas Health Science Center. From 2007 until relocating to Tooele in 2009, Dr. Archer was in private practice.

Darci Linares, Medical Assistant for Dr. Sandra Archer

Darci Linares always knew she wanted to pursue a profession that focuses on helping people. So when she heard of a Medical Assistant program while attending Utah State University, she instantly knew it was for her.

A working MA since 1997, Darci switched from pediatrics to OB/GYN when she joined the staff at All Seasons in 2010. The transition has been a joy for her, from seeing newly pregnant mothers, to postpartum visits.

“Womens health is so interesting and always changing as technology advances,” she says. “I want to give my patients the utmost quality and respect, and I want my patients to feel that they are the most important one here while being seen.”

Darci is married and the mother of three adorable children.
